Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is 100% free.

If I order now do I have to complete the experience right away?

We recommend completing your experience within 1-2 weeks.

Where do my completed packs go?

Your packs will be delivered to the Wine To Water headquarters in North Carolina. From there, they are delivered to the location with the greatest need!

Can I add my own items?

No. Please do not add any additional items.

How do I deliver my completed filters to Wine To Water?

You will be using the original box that your filters came in. Your box will come with a pre-paid shipping label. Simply attach that label over the original label and use the provided link to schedule your pick-up at a date and time that works best for you! You can also drop the box off at your local post office.

Can I request more than one Filter Build® Kit?

No, at this time orders are limited to one kit per person.
