Yes, feel free to drop off the box off at your local post office! The package is already paid so no need to wait in line!

Yes! USPS automatically adjusts our account for the excess weight. Please don’t add any encyclopedias though!

Yes, if your box is damaged, we ask you to please use a replacement box to ensure smooth and safe delivery. If you don’t have a box, we can help you!

We’re sorry!

Yes, feel free to replace it with something you have at home or you can leave it out! If you’re missing a number of items, reach out to Kai, and we can send you a replacement box!

Ugh, we’re sorry! Despite our best efforts – packages get lost! Here’s what to do:

  1. Check the tracking number we sent you via email. If you can’t find it, reach out to Kai. Is the package scheduled to arrive? Has there been an update to the tracking in a while?
  2. If the package isn’t going to arrive by the time of the event, that’s okay. Join the event for the educational content and then you can do your experience when your package arrives.
  3. If your package is 100% lost or has been stolen from your door (annoying!), we’re happy to send you a new one or donate to the nonprofit in your name. Just reach out to Kai and we’ll figure it out!
